I am a fitness professional with 3 years of experience, specializing in functional training and corrective exercise. With a strong background in physical therapy, I design programs that help clients move better, prevent injury, and build lasting strength. My mission is simple: to help people feel younger, live pain-free, and never feel limited by age. I believe fitness should restore confidence, improve mobility, and support a healthier, stronger life at every stage.

Clients can expect each training session to be personalized, purposeful, and functional. I begin with a dynamic warm-up and corrective exercises to improve mobility and address imbalances, followed by strength and functional movement training designed to enhance real-life performance. Every workout is tailored to your goals and fitness level, with a focus on moving better, reducing pain, and building strength that lasts. You’ll leave each session feeling energized, more confident in your body, and one step closer to living younger and pain-free.
One of my most rewarding client success stories is a 76-year-old woman who came to me after undergoing double knee replacement surgery with limited range of motion. Over the course of 18 months, we focused on functional training and progressive strength work. Within the first 6 months, she regained significant range of motion, and by a year and a half she was performing 75 lb bench presses, 75 lb squats, and deadlifts exceeding her body weight by 10 lbs. Even more importantly, she regained the confidence and ability to enjoy life—spending weekends hiking 5 to 10 miles in nature. Her transformation highlights my mission: helping clients feel younger, stronger, and free to do the activities they love.
