Training Philosophy
My training philosophy involves first knowing the clients goal and a realist time period for the goal to be completed. Also I would like to know what type of approach my client would like wether it’s me being hands or hands off or how vocal they want me

Typical Training Session

A typical training sessions will first and foremost involve plenty of fluids and hydration. We will also discuss and go over how we feel today and how they want the workout to go as far as intensity and what kind of mood they’re in, also we will be discussing the workout plan for that day for you to know what to look forward to that day. After going through our complex stretches and a little bit of cardio to get the juices flowing we’ll be ready to attack the workout. During the workout I’ll be watching from a short distance making sure that the client is doing the workout right and everything is positioned correctly. I will not be a hands on trainer unless the client wants me to. After each excise the client will have between a 2-5 min rest depending on the exercise. Clients of course get to hydrate when ever they want to during the workout to prevent any injuries from happening. Near the end of the work out we will go back to stretches to prevent pain and injuries. At the end of the work out we will discuss how much better we feel like we’ve gotten today wether that how much weight they loss or how much muscle they grow. We will also be discussing the nutrition side of things as far as how much calories, fat, sugar, or protein to contain.

Client success story

While working at diabetes and endocrinology associates I met a lot of good interesting clients there. I met this one client who name was Theo. Theo was middle age between 45-50 that’s was handicapped due to a bad car accident he had, but Theo was mean to everyone in the office, at least that’s what I was told until I got to meet him. While discuss his life journey and goals Theo expressed that he wanted to wanted to learn how to get up and walk again so that he can get down and propose to his wife again and bring his family back together. After a few or so months of Theo being committed and staying focus on his goal Theo was able get from his wheel chair to on his knees proposing to his wife and later in creating two beautiful children.
