Bio
Nelson D Ramirez is the founder and CEO of “NDR 360” a lifestyle, training and performance oriented business. NDR 360 provides a myriad of services ranging from fitness training, physical therapy, sports performance, nutritional support and massage therapy. After being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 2001, he graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology from FIU in 2003. Since then, he has attained extensive knowledge working in many different settings as a trainer/health and wellness specialist during almost 18 years of professional experience. In December 2015, he graduated top of his class from one of the best massage schools in the nation “Educating Hands School Of Massage.” He earned his massage therapy license in January of 2016 and since then has incorporated a massage therapy practice into his health and wellness business.
