I chose to pursue a career in training/coaching because I want to help people surpass their fitness goals. For instance, it is not easy staying motivated and training 4 to 5 times a week. Many people have different commitments such as working a full time job, babysitting, running chores, or school. The way I see it is the power of time, the most important asset we all have is our time. As a coach one has to guide their clients in understanding their time management, the goals and commitment it takes to become a better version of yourself everyday. The goal is to become 1% better everyday in all aspects of human anatomy. I train for a purpose in shaping all my clients to build strength, character, commitment, condition, confidence, and most importantly motivation. My motivation was to be a better version of myself everyday by always being 1% better. Once you find the passion for something it becomes your own mission statement.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
– Stretching for about 10 – 15 minutes
– Train the particular muscles assigned for the day; build strength with some compound/isolate movements
– Incorporate some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to build up stamina, burn calories, and most importantly focus on building core muscles
Training 2 clients that were overweight and both lost about 45 – 55 pounds of weight in about 3 months of training 4 times a week.
Another client, went up weight by building muscle mass and reached his weight goal of 170 pounds. Nothing but diet and strength/condition training sessions.
