A tailored program to suit your specific needs and progress! No progress is no fun for anyone. I believe in tailoring programs just for you! So a typical session is going to be different for everyone since everyone has different goals, strengths, weaknesses, life needs etc. A typical session should get you one step closer to acheiving the goal you set for yourself and i will always be there to support that!
