Typical Training Session
All of my sessions are 30-45 minutes with short breaks in between. I like to get people in and out. I mostly do moderate to high intensity workouts with very little rest. I also like to build a connection and friendship with my clients as well.

I had at a client that never worked out before, but wanted to tone. So in less than 3 months I was able to tone her legs and stomach, just by her coming to me 3 days a week
