I became a personal trainer because I’ve been through it. At one point in my life, I was obese and struggled with nutrition and exercise. I didn’t know how to accomplish my goals in a healthy way. After a lot of trial and error, my goals happened for me and they happened in a healthy way. The truth is, there are no shortcuts and there are no gimmicks. And you can’t hesitate. My goal as a personal trainer is to keep my clients accountable, and to help them accept necessary changes when working towards their goals. As my client, you will learn to accept challenges and face them head-on without hesitation or fear. You will receive a customized program tailored to your goals, and unlike other trainers, I am accessible to you 24/7. Nutrition is included in my process, which includes occasionally tagging along on grocery store trips to help educate you, so that you are able to make the best choices. We will work together to become the person that you want to be, both physically and mentally.
Hourly rate: $125
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

A typical training session is 60-minutes and is completely customized based on your goals.
You will get a customized program, which we will review together. You have a say in your process! It’s important to find what works for you and to do things that you enjoy. On top of this, you will receive full nutritional guidance which includes occasional grocery store trips to help educate you on the best choices to make while still being able to enjoy what you’re eating. Going on vacation? My clients also have the option to participate in my online training program, free of charge, while they’re away. Skype sessions also available for those that need that extra motivation. BONUS: All clients that come to my private gym will receive complimentary body composition tracking, access to NormaTech and Hyperice equipment.
