I am a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Registered Nurse with years of experience helping clients reach their fitness and wellness goals. My approach combines strength training, functional movement, and personalized nutrition guidance to create lasting results. I specialize in designing structured workout plans and meal strategies that fit each client’s lifestyle, whether the goal is weight loss, muscle building, or improving overall health. My passion is not only in transforming bodies but also in building confidence and creating sustainable habits. Currently, I am focused on helping individuals of all ages achieve balance through customized fitness programs, in-home training, and private facility sessions
Hourly rate: $120
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Each session is one hour and designed to match your fitness level and goals. We’ll start with a warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a customized workout that blends strength training, functional movements, and conditioning. I’ll guide you through proper form, adjust intensity as needed, and keep you motivated the entire way. We’ll finish with stretching and recovery to help your body reset. Beyond the workout, I also provide ongoing nutrition guidance and accountability so you can see results inside and outside of our sessions.
I’ve helped women through pregnancy and postpartum with core and pelvic strengthening, supported clients in losing up to 70 pounds while building muscle, and even worked with women who achieved fertility goals through healthier weight management. My clients range in age from young adults to seniors in their 80s, proving it’s never too early—or too late—to get stronger and healthier.
