About Alec
Hello Alec here! My fitness journey started at a very young age and was one of my biggest hobbies growing up. During college, I decided to make this my career, since 2009 I have constantly working with various different client. My current aspirations is building the mental as much as the body; therefore I challenged my client on growing their mental capacity and strength. This leads to confidence, discipline and devotion to help grow.
