Hi! I am a licensed physical therapist and board certified neurologic clinical specialist with a passion for all things health and wellness. Although I specialize in optimizing health through exercise in those with neurologic conditions, I also have training and experience working with older adults and teens. My passion is motivating individuals of all abilities to find the joy in maintaining an active lifestyle by finding salient activities that are client specific. Each individual comes with their own unique set of beliefs, values, level of fitness, etc. and so tailoring a program specific to each client’s needs is of utmost importance. Building and fostering relationships is a strong value of mine. And so working with you is something that I will never take for granted. Look forward to working with you soon!
