Tony Bruno

Tony’s passion for helping others paved the way to becoming one of Chicago area’s health and fitness leaders. His diverse experience has allowed him to advance as a wellness leader, combining the art of exercise prescription and program design with the science of musculoskeletal assessment and biochemical individuality. What this means for the client is a precise method of movement, exercise, and nutrition to obtain their goals. Tony received his B.S. in Physical Education and Athletic Training from Illinois State University and has spent the last 20 years working with all ages and all sports. He has worked with the Chicago Wolves, Barrington Redwings, college/prep schools, minor league and professional hockey players, professional pitchers from the Kansas City Royals, a 4th round pick for the Philadelphia Phillies, scouts from the Chicago White Sox, Olympians from 3 different events, professional triathletes as well as many Ironman competitors, several collegiate and professional soccer players and golfers from every level of golf, along with real people like you! To remain on the forefront of his industry, Tony furthers his education with RESET technique, Greg Roskopf’s Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), Charles Poliquin’s BioSignature Modulation (BioSig), Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN), the C.H.E.K. Institute, and the Metabolic Blueprint (MB). He’s spent years lecturing and mentoring fellow exercise professionals in the Chicago land area. Recently, Tony has pursued the promotion and distribution of new and unique supplement products. Tony’s years of experience have helped him identify specific products from around the country that will be the future of gut health, skin care and restoration, energy production, heavy metal detoxification, and fat loss. These products have been studied extensively and are available for purchase online and in the clinic. To further expand Tony’s success, in the fall of 2014, Hat Trick Performance was created which operates at Leaf’s Ice Centre located in West Dundee, IL.
