A typical session

The session will consist of a majority of weight training and short rounds of HIIT (depending on the client’s goals/current position). I CARE. I pay attention to my clients and walk them through every step of the way for beginners. For those experienced clients, you will learn new thresholds of potential as well as new training techniques.
