About Daryll Joseph


Hi, my name is Daryll and I am Houston, Tx born and bred, a proud husband and father of two teens and 3 dogs. An avid Texans, Astros and Rockets fan.
My goal is to help you make your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s your best years yet by helping you reclaim your body, maximize your potential and reduce your risk of injury.
To accomplish this, we will put a premium on what I (and my mentors) believe to be the 5 attributes of longevity:
-body composition
-power
-strength
-conditioning
-mobility
By focusing on these 5 physical qualities we can meet the needs of a variety of goals. Whether your goal is to increase muscle mass, decrease body fat or maximize your performance to compete in an upcoming event, join a league, or just keep up with your kids/grandkids, I can help you build a body that works for the life you want to live.

My experience has allowed me to understand organizational skills and build step by step systems that provide structure for everyday & competitive athlete development programs. Also, this experience has allowed me to assemble what I believe to be the necessary and specific components of a training session that target injury-prone areas and maximize skills necessary to succeed in living an active to high performance lifestyle after the age of 40. My methods have come from in-the-trenches coaching with my clients and mentoring from industry recognized fitness professionals. My training systems have evolved from years of clinics, conferences, continuing education, facility visits, phone conversations and discussions in private Facebook groups.

My clients have recognized me for providing an effective performance-based training experience in a welcoming and positive culture, through individual planning & skilled coaching.

I help cut through the confusion about everything in the fitness and nutrition industry and give you the very next step you need to become a better you.

Typical Training Session

Using body weight, barbells, bands, pulleys, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and stability balls, these outstanding sessions will take you step-by-step through the process of a sound functional training program. We skillfully manipulate exercise variables to generate clear and steady increases in your performance and desired results while reducing your risk of injury.

​Your sessions are designed to push you to your limit and maximize your results. Best of all, each workout is designed to be completed in 45-50 minutes. Challenge yourself with these workouts and enjoy increases in your mobility, conditioning and strength while building muscle and reducing body fat.

I work my clients, but I work them safely. So if you want to be my client, be ready to work.
