I’m so excited you’re here! My fitness journey started over a decade ago when I fell in love with the way movement can empower us, both physically and mentally. I’m a certified personal trainer with experience working with a wide range of clients, from beginners looking to build confidence to those training for specific goals like weight loss, muscle tone, or overall health.

I’ve also worked in customer service for over 15 years, so building strong, supportive relationships is at the heart of how I coach. I truly believe that fitness should feel encouraging, not intimidating.

Right now, my goal is to continue helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in a way that fits their lifestyle. Whether you’re working out from home, need accountability, or just want someone in your corner, I’d love to support you on your journey with my knowledge and dedication to healthier lives. Typical Training Session

Each session is tailored specifically to you and your goals, your fitness level, and how you’re feeling that day. We’ll start with a quick check-in to talk about progress, questions, or anything new going on. Then we’ll dive into a dynamic warm-up to get your body moving and ready.

From there, your workout will focus on a mix of strength, mobility, and functional training, depending on your personal goals, whether that’s building lean muscle, improving endurance, losing weight, or just feeling stronger and more energized day to day. I’ll guide you through each movement with encouragement, proper form cues, and modifications if needed.

We’ll wrap up with a cooldown and stretch, and I’ll leave you with tips or homework to keep you progressing between sessions. You can always expect a supportive, positive vibe we celebrate our small & large victories


Client success story

I’m currently working with a 48 year old client who began noticing changes in his ability to fully enjoy his passion for scuba diving. Together, we focused on reducing inflammation through nutrition and designed a custom training program centered around the movements and physical demands of diving. After just three months of virtual training, Luis shared that he feels better than ever in the water and even uses less air from his tank compared to other divers.
