I have been working with fitness and health clients in a one on one setting for over 10 years. I have worked with top level athletes, the weekend warriors, as well as those with weight loss goals and people who just want to improve their health and longevity. I pride myself in guiding clients toward achieving their personal health and wellness goals, to include goal setting and tailored advice and strategies to achieve them.
Through ongoing personal support and motivation, I empowered clients to make sustainable positive changes to their lives by offering expert guidance on nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and other self-care practices. I also helped clients make positive behavior changes, overcome obstacles, build healthy habits and maintain long term wellness through accountability and education.
I am NOT just a Personal Trainer. I do NOT approach fitness and health from a single lens. Each and every client I work with is different and their journey with me is also very individualized. The only similarity, from client to client, is the success they reach in the goals we have worked to establish along their health journey.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
