My journey has taken me from Iran to China, and now to the U.S., where I’m committed to fulfilling my mission: empowering individuals to feel strong, confident, and capable—inside and out.
I hold a NASM Personal Training Certificate, along with CrossFit Level 1, Kids CrossFit, and CrossFit Gymnastics certifications. Typical Training Session

In our first session, I’ll begin by asking a few questions to better understand your goals, lifestyle, and fitness background. This allows me to tailor a program that aligns with what you want to achieve.

Next, we’ll conduct a body assessment focused on foundational movements, followed by a warm-up and mobility exercises. Based on your goals, we’ll then move into the main workout. To wrap up, we’ll finish with a cool-down and guided stretching to support recovery and flexibility.
