About Orjen
20 years of experience B.S. Exercise Science, several NASM certificates and very important to mention MAT Specialist level license, which is making me very uniquely equipped on the market. Unlike others I am able to coach and safely walk you through our journey. MAT stands for Muscle Activation Technique, which is systematic approach to identifying limitations in muscular contractility, and it’s used to re-establish communication between the affected muscle(s) and the brain. This discipline uses most precise manual testing to discover and eliminate muscle imbalances, address cause for joint instability and limitations in range of motion, improve stability which will as a result bring us to ability to contact our muscles on demand (neuromuscular communication), better mobility and stability through the full range of motion. Based on above mentioned feel free to give it a try. By the way besides Northern suburbs I am working in West Loop, Loop, Greektown during evening hours in summer.

Training philosophy
I believe that everyone can reach their potential after properly aligning their mind and body.
A typical session
Session with me starts with 45 min free detailed Muscle Activation Technique assessment in the form of manual testing. I am searching for imbalances and muscles (or their divisions) that are not contracting on demand and working on re-establishing communication between brain and affected muscle. Based on testing results and upon customers wish I create program which I keep adapting from phase to phase after realising how well client responds to it.
