Training philosophy
Strength comes from within.
A typical session
I design my sessions specifically to the client. After our initial meeting, I will come up with a training plan for you based on your goal and my individual goals for you. Generally the clients I meet with once a week I will take through a total body workout targeting both resistance and HITT training (if that is apart of your goal.) As we progress together through your goals we will come up with new ones and create new challenges to keep your workouts exciting and motivating. For clients I have multiple times a week I vary the variety of exercises.
Client success story
I have a client recovering from getting hit by a truck. She came to me a year after the accident and wanted to work on building strength after getting her mobility back. She has made great progress and is challenging herself in the weight room. We talk a lot about mindset and how the work you do mentally greatly effects your health and well being. She continues to set new goals for herself and doesn’t think anything is impossible!
