About Chris Roberts
Hi! My name is Chris Roberts and I’m a former D1 athlete who has experienced multiple training styles throughout my athletic and fitness journey. From these various experiences, I’ve been able to develop and grow as a versatile fitness trainer enabling me to help a variety of different people with different needs. My training style is centered around core strength and stability which I believe is one of the most important focal points of the body. By focusing on developing core strength and stability, we direct our attention to functional movements. In doing so we seek to develop lean muscle & strength, promote fat loss, flexibility & stability and injusry prevention! I look forward to being the RightFit for You!
