About Kimberly

I’ve been in fitness for over 40 years. My own fitness journey has offered me stress relief, mental strength and the physical stamina needed as a single mom to raise 3 kids alone. It keeps me centered for all the rest of life. I like to share that with my clients so that they too can rely on fitness as an outlet and a springboard to deal with daily life.
