First we figure out two things: your goals and your defenders. Your goals can be one or more of the nine physical adaptations of the human body for example Strength and Power Endurance (Check out Andy Galpin for more info) and you Defenders are aspects of your life that might be interfering or holding back your body’s ability to adapt the way you want to for example lack of sleep or high alcohol consumption. Once we figure out what the goals are and how to minimize the defenders, we outline the desired frequency of training (every day, every other day etc) and that informs the intensity (how hard we push you). Then we get to work.
