I am a bilingual personal fitness coach (English & Mandarin) with multiple NASM certifications and a master’s degree in Exercise Science. I specialize in strength training, performance enhancement, and corrective exercise. My approach is science-based and results-driven — I design personalized programs to help clients achieve sustainable transformations in both body and mind. My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower others to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through intelligent and consistent training.
Hourly rate: $140
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Clients can expect a personalized, goal-focused session combining strength, mobility, and functional training. Every workout is tailored to challenge safely and deliver visible, lasting results.
One of my clients, a 210-lb male, lost 17 pounds in just one month through a structured combination of strength training, metabolic conditioning, and nutrition guidance. Another client, a 65-year-old with chronic knee pain, went from struggling to climb stairs to performing 90-lb squats confidently and pain-free. I also worked with a UCLA graduate student who had severe forward-head posture and poor confidence due to years of sedentary study; through corrective and postural training, he not only regained proper alignment but also rediscovered his confidence and energy.
