Get to know this week’s RightFit Personal Training featured trainer, Kristiany Vissepo. Kristiany is originally from Puerto Rico with 10+ years of experience. She designs complete and comprehensive exercises routines and nutritional plans that will genuinely excite you, get you fit and make you feel great about yourself.
Why did you become a personal trainer?
Every since I could remember, my parents had me in playing soccer and any physical activities they could sign me up on. I really enjoy working out and creating new exercises and moves. When it was time for me to choose a college degree, my heart drove me to study Kinesiology and I knew with my knowledge and passion I could pass it on to other individuals that want to improve their lives and get fit! I love what I do!
What are your favorite things about being a personal trainer?
My favorite thing about being a personal trainer is watching my clients improve and reaching their goals. I love it when they are motivated by themselves to workout with out me and choose better food habit on their own.
If you could train one celebrity, who would it be and why?
I would love to train any singer/rapper/reggeaton Artist while on tour. They’re endurance to perform night to night need to be top notch to move on stage and sing in key. Traveling the world would be a fun bonus too.
If you had one workout style to describe yourself, what would it be?
I don’t have a define style, I listen to what my client wants and needs and train according to that.
In your mind, what is the single biggest benefit for someone to hire a personal trainer?
The best benefit you can gain from a personal trainer is confidence. You learn proper exercises, we push you to strive for the better you and this usually gives our clients a boost of confidence and empowerment.
What are your hobbies?
DJing, reading, cooking vegan food and running my business is super fun!
