With almost 30 years in the fitness industry, my mission is and always has been to help others build strength—both inside and out. I coach from a place of experience, empathy, and empowerment, combining decades of expertise with a deep commitment to guiding others toward a life of vitality, purpose, and resilience. Servicing all of central MA, I maintain over a dozen fitness certifications and specialize in resistance training, mat and reformer Pilates, weight loss and body recomposition, and peri and post menopausal womens’ health and wellness.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Each session is customized and individualized for each client’s needs. My goal is always to enable you to leave our session happier, more energized, and more motivated than when you arrived.

In addition to the (physical) training, Missa has also provided valuable guidance and knowledge on nutrition making sure I was supporting my workouts with the right habits outside of the gym. In fact, we started out with simply tracking food and getting my nutrition handled before we jumped into the physical aspect. She didn’t just bark orders of what to eat or supply meal plans that would leave me lost. She taught me, gave me the knowledge and then allowed me to create new habits that will last a lifetime. She truly takes a holistic approach to fitness.
