Corrective movement and speciality workouts for your individualized needs. A balanced workout to assist you to be a more functional human that combats the imbalances that work and daily life brings.
“Teri is an outstanding master of her craft! She brings and blends knowledge from several different exercise genres to form a balanced workout plan that focuses on individual needs. Because of the variety of genres she is trained in and passionate about, you get a workout that balances work in strength, stretching, and cardio, incorporates work across muscle groups (or focuses on your specific areas of need), and incorporates mind and body work. Workouts are challenging, creative, and fun while also being research based and effective. Through Teri, I have become the strongest, healthiest, and most well-balanced person I have ever been. She is the ‘real deal’ in an industry full of ‘want-to-bes’ and is the standard by which all trainers should be measured.” – Emily M.
