I have been employed in the health club industry for over four decades( mostly in management); (personal training, and sales management). I have competed in 6 bodybuilding competitions. I won first place in three of them( including my first show). I qualified for the USA/ Nationals in back to back years by winning first place in my weight class at the Lone Star Classic, and the Texas Body Building Championships in 1999, and 2000 respectively. I am also a certified teacher in Texas. I am certified to teach Health, and Physical Education to the age groups Early Childhood, to seniors. In high school. Let the results begin.
