I’ve coached individuals across the entire lifespan—from energetic 5-year-olds learning coordination and movement to 95-year-olds working on balance, strength, and functional independence. I also have over 10 years of experience coaching cross country, helping athletes of all levels build endurance, resilience, and a love for running.

I’ve helped clients improve balance and mobility, increase bone density, lose body fat, increase muscle mass, recover from injuries, improve sports performance, and even gain the ability to put on socks and shoes after decades of being unable to due to stiffness. I work a lot with seniors who have injuries and balance issues.
