About Daniel Chavez


Hello!
My name is Daniel and I am from the Rochester area and currently live in St. Charles. I have an accounting degree from Luther College and 5 years of experience in the field and now I train horses. Sports and athletics run in my family as my parents and all there siblings were always involved in sports and competitions at all levels. Naturally, I’ve had the same draw to sports and have been involved since I can remember. I played football, wrestled and did track in high school. In college, I played football and track. College sports exposed me to a lot of strength and performance training methods and coaches that really got me seriously interested in exploring fitness even further. Since then I’ve acquired my CPT certification through ACE and am happy to be part of your fitness journey whether you’re looking to perform or just be healthy.

Typical Training Session

Every session and every rep with me has a purpose and we will make sure that purpose is established before the workouts even start.
Typical session involves a warm up with a focus on mobility, the workout itself, and a cool down to close the workout.
