About Meagan Rudge
Hi. I’m Meagan. From rowing to rock climbing, swimming to sparring, I come with a mixed background in sports and recreation. As a former Division I Collegiate Athlete and student of Tae Kwon Do, I take a blended approach to maximizing the vision and goals of each individual. I provide fitness sessions that take time to focus on your overall wellbeing. I look to emphasize and recreate a better sense of self for my clients. Be it self-discipline, self-confidence, self-worth, it’s important stuff.

This is a fitness program that goes beyond working out. This program caters to finding your greatness, and letting it shine through. To be your best self, and redefine what that means to you. We’ll set goals, discuss pain points, sweat to some awesome music, then take time to meditate and re-center.
