About Monte Curtis
I am a former College Football Player, turned competitive bodybuilder turned, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach. I started training clients back in college so over 30 years experience. I am comfortable with any age group and I am very proficient in many different types of training including bodybuilding, weightlifting, general fitness and sports performance Lifting , Conditioning, and Speed work. I really enjoy working with older clients that are looking to stay strong healthy and improve the quality of their lives in their retirement years.

Someone who is tuned in to what the ultimate goal is and motivating the client toward that specific goal with the understanding that we are moving toward that goal with each session. With that in mind we are on the same page with drive and motivation for each session.
Client success story
I trained a lawyer in Houston who was about 75 years old. He was a self made man who had the drive to succeed. He wanted to be pushed but first and foremost wanted to be taught the right way to do things. He aggressively trained with me at every session His golf game and quality of life improved tremendously, and we ultimately became great friends.
Hobbies
I am a musician (drummer so I am always beating on something usually my drum pad or kit.)
