Shaquille Bellinger

My name is Shaquille Bellinger welcome to my page, I fell in love with fitness about 11th grade of high school I constantly looked in the mirror and I was not happy about my appearance I have a family history of high blood pressure and diabetes, I did not want to continue that family trait I wanted to separate myself and become better. Through working out I was able to find myself and my purpose it was an outlet for me anytime I felt down or angry about something, fitness has worked wonders for me and I’m sure it can do the same for all of you! My passion for fitness allowed me to purse my personal training certificate and I did just that! While active duty in the military I was able to acquire my NASM personal training certificate. I want to help others find their purpose or even help many get in shape and feel the best they ever felt in their life! This is my passion and I’m more than willing to help!
While I’m the navy I was assigned to help others who could not pass the fitness assessment.
My current goal and aspiration is to become apart of something bigger than me and help change lives forever! The fitness community is huge and I will love to help you all become apart of it.
