I’m a 23-year-old father of two with 8+ years in the fitness/exercise industry. My main exercise focuses are on functional training to improve overall health and enjoyment in daily life, reach the specific goals of each client, correct postural deviations and muscle imbalances, and to help each client gain a sense of intrinsic motivation and confidence that will lead to a lifetime of health and a strong sense of self-value. During my time in the fitness industry, I’ve had to opportunity to better myself and friends and family through self-motivated exercise research and program design and implementation of several different types of training modes ranging from yoga to weight training to calisthenics and HIIT workouts. I plan to bring this experience to each and every one of my clients, tailoring each program to meet the specific needs of every person I have the pleasure of working with.
Hourly rate: $40
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session will consist of warm ups, a variety goal-specific training depending on the client, and a cool down. Client preference will dictate the extent of the workout, how much talking happens throughout, and where the session takes place (indoor or outdoor). I hope to get to know everyone I have the pleasure of training with to better help you stay motivated and to feel comfortable.
