About John Custard
I have been in fitness for over 30 years. I started training on the side while playing professional football in Canada. I continued training education over the last twenty plus years while also winning various bodybuilding and power lifting competitions. I specialize in weight loss and nutrition but also have a very diverse background from being having a 200 hour certification in yoga, to specialized training to increase speed, power and core strength. I currently am a partner in 3 health clubs but have decide to turn my attention to helping the active adult community as well as kids fitness.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Typical Training Session
After an initial evaluation in the first meeting. A typical session would involve flexability, balance, functional, Strength , cardio and then some meditation at the end. The time spent on different segments of the workout would depend on the clients evaluation and the clients goals. We would spend time on nutrition once a week as needed.
