Training Philosophy
To help my clients reach their goals to enjoy all the activities they love doing! Whether they are with me for a short while or the long haul, I hope to educate and bring fun into physical activity for their future selves.

Training Professionally Since
June 1, 2019

Typical Training Session

Each session will be tailored to your goals but with my help. We will start up with stretching and a warm up to get your body ready, the workout itself (time to sweat!), and will finish with a cool down and some more stretching. We will make sure you are reaching your goals and enjoying your time doing it!

Client success story

Michael, a previous client of mine, was my first geriatric patient. I worked with him for almost 2 years. He struggled with mobility after getting sick in 2018 and was almost completely wheelchair bound. His doctors told him without proper physical activity he would be completely reliant on assistance to do normal day to day activities. This is when Michael found me! We worked together 4 days a week for half a year before we got him out of the wheelchair other than just to change seating positions. During his second year with me he gained a lot of strength and lost some weight and was able to walk with a walker! He was so proud. We continued our sessions and he only used the wheelchair while he was out to avoid falls or when very tired but where he felt comfortable he was strong enough to walk around and be with his grandchildren again other than just where his wheelchair fit. To this day he is my greatest accomplishment and I am proud to have helped him reach that goal.

Hobbies
I love lifting weights, hiking, camping, playing golf, painting, and I also own an earring business!
