I am a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher, trained at The Mindful Space School of Yoga. With 13 years of personal practice and over 2 years of teaching experience, I specialize in mindful yoga styles including Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation. I believe yoga is a powerful tool for improving overall health and wellness—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My teaching focuses on helping students create space between themselves and the busyness of daily life, find ease in stillness, and build strength from the ground up. I am passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga and aspire to expand my offerings to reach and support more communities. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, I aim to guide you toward greater clarity, balance, and connection.

In a session, you can expect a mindful and supportive environment tailored to your individual needs and energy. Whether we’re flowing through a dynamic sequence or settling into stillness with restorative postures, each class is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, build strength from the ground up, and create space—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Expect a calm, grounded pace with room for reflection, gentle challenges, and moments of quiet clarity. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling centered, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
