About Ben Ulland
I began my career in fitness 10 years ago after graduating from the police academy. My desire to help each person become the best version of themselves, is what drives me as a trainer. My clients value positive energy and a creative approach to fitness. As a father to twins who are going into 2nd grade, endurance and variety is how I approach life and training. My newest adventure is biking several trails around the Twin Cities.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Typical Training Session
A warm up specific to the client. Then super-setting exercises working first the core, then to lower body, and finishing with upper body. I also enjoy taking clients to local parks and trails to mix up their workout!
Client success story
While I was a trainer for the YMCA in Saint Paul, I helped a young man increase his understanding of nutrition and a structured exercise program. He improved his eating habits, started to exercise more regularly along with sessions once a week with me. Over the course of more than a year training with me, he lost over 100 pounds and has kept the weight off.
