Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Hi! I’ve been a CrossFit trainer for almost 6 years. After struggling post-partum and having almost no exercise experience, a group class at a 10Gym absolutely changed my life. From there, I jumped into CrossFit and never looked back. I lost weight, put on muscle, and experienced what it felt like to be the hero of my own story for the first time in my life. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, so coaching was the obvious next step. I led the On Ramp program at CrossFit 405 for three years. I’ve coached dozens of people, both experienced and brand new to fitness, and helped them become the fittest versions of themselves. I hold CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Certifications, OPEX Individual Design Certification, and have coached over 10 group and personal training classes a week for several years. My classes have always been full! I believe my personality, motivation, and knowledge of strength and conditioning creates an environment where people can safely and effectively get super fit and have a great time doing it.

You can always expect me to be on your team – that’s the goal. I want to support you, encourage you, and show you how to get fit, stay fit, and continue that lifestyle all on your own. I have the knowledge and experience to help you – but it ultimately comes down to you and the work you’re willing to put it. I can promise you that if you stick with it, getting fit is one of the best, most empowering things that can ever happen to you. I have added a short video I did when I first started coaching CrossFit – I’d love for you to give it a watch. I was a newer trainer at the time, but my passion and beliefs stand the same.
