About Lisa

I have been leading group fitness classes since 2015. In April of 2021 I began personal training. It all started when I was living in Louisiana, after having my third child. With my first two children I was working full time in the veterinary field. Once my third was born I decided to be a stay at home mom. That only lasted just over a year. I joined a local gym (mostly so I had child care and would be able to workout uninterrupted) I began taking the group exercise classes and eventually got recruited to become an instructor. I love teaching group classes and I love the one on one aspect of personal training.

Training philosophy

I create personal training programs based on your goals and needs.

A typical session

On the first session we will talk about your fitness goals and perform a baseline fitness assessment. Once goals have been established I will create a fitness program for you to begin.

Client success story

My most fulfilling success story was helping a grandma increase her mobility and stamina to enjoy a family vacation. Her biggest fear/challenge was that she wouldn’t be able to climb the stairs to get in and out of a submarine (family excursion in Hawaii). Every session she trained we worked on ankle mobility, lifting her knees up while balancing, and endurance. By the time her vacation came around she was confident and ready to get in & out of the submarine.
