My name is Kevin Armendarez. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science from Lubbock Christian University in May 2017. I recently moved to Austin from Lubbock and I’m enjoying this new chapter in my life. I’ve been personal training for a year and I absolutely love what I do. Fitness, along with nutrition, has changed my health and ultimately my life, so in turn, I love to help people live better lives by offering nutritional guidance and safe/effective exercise programs tailored to your needs.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
You can expect one-hour of my undivided attention as I take you through proper movement patterns that translate to help you feel better in your daily life. The 7 General Movement Patterns (as mentioned above) are: Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull, Twist, and Gait. You can also expect a workout that is challenging, but enjoyable. I love to teach what I’ve learned so that you will have the working knowledge of how to move better in and out of the gym.
