I hail from Houston and bring over fifteen years of personal training and group training experience, as well as nutrition consulting and competitive running. My background includes adjunct professorship as a physical education instructor, juggling multiple fitness and nutrition formats for a top-tier local university. Most recently, I have worked for boutique gyms specializing in personal training, small group training (2-4), and group exercise instruction. Name the format and I can likely teach it.
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Review/reminders of goals and verbal evaluation of progress.
Take note of any injuries, aches, or limitations and tailor the work out accordingly.
I typically like to incorporate range of motion drills in the beginning, hit the work-out, covering most or all major muscle groups, and end with 5 minutes of stretching.
