I am a father of 3 amazing boys. My wife Jodi and I have been married for 8 years now and have been business partners for all 8 of those eight years in marriage. I have been a Strength and conditioning coach at the college level before we launched our own business and for the last 7 years we have specialized in body transformation, overall wellness and sports performance both with training and nutrition. My ideal client is one that has their end goal in mind and is read to commit to lifestyle change while not taking the process too seriously.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A 3-5 minute functional warm-up (not cardio machine) followed by some muscle activation series. Then we will hit strength training 3-5 sets of combo’s (upper body push combo with a lower body pull exercise) with minimal but adequate rest.
I like to finish each workout with a EMOM or every minute on the minute training to work some High Intensity into the program. But that will all depend on the client and their needs.
Lori was a 3 time cancer survivor when she came to us for help. The medications as well as stress of life had caused her to gain 85 pounds. It hurt to move. We help Lori with a basic workout program as well as nutrition workshop, meal plan guidance and some suggestions on supplementation. Over the course of 8 month Lori lost over 90 pounds and has kept it off for more than 8 years now.
I also have 5 lacrosse athletes that have gained full ride scholarships to universities from our Dripping Springs Lacrosse team. All of them say that the training program I put them through helped tremendously. Each of these young men gained an average of 10 lbs of Muscle over the course of our 3 months together.
