Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Training since 2001, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and I LOVE that. Every aspect of the experience is designed to your unique situation and goals. I enjoy helping clients overcome chronic pain or an injury issue. It’s great to know that you can move safely again — to build strength and feel more empowered in your body. Several of my clients have been with me for many years. Why? Common feedback is that I listen to their needs and deliver. I take the time to explain why you’re doing a particular task. I also make sure that you’re moving your body correctly. When you improve your mechanical patterns your goals are met with much less risk of injury.

Your goals dictate the experience. Since everything is customized to you, I’ll meet you wherever you are in conditioning, strength, intensity, etc. I’m not a drill sergeant. I’m a guide to your best self. If you’re a beginner, expect more stretch and mobility work to get the moves down correctly. You’ll still work hard and burn massive calories! If you’re more advanced, expect some fun, variation and to gain a few new tricks up your sleeve. With nearly 20 years of experience in training, I can modify and adjust to any client need.
While my clients have many great success stories to share, one young woman came to me last year determined to lose weight. She’d had some devastating injuries and had found herself at 410 lbs. Even through some serious adversity, she stuck to her commitment. More so, through some derailments, including the tragic end of a ten year relationship, she lost 55 lbs in the first year. Now with some healing time behind her, she’s gained serious momentum. Our recent measurements showed that she lost 5 inches in just two weeks! She’s now 70 lbs lighter and the sky is the limit.
