Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Throughout my life, athletics have played a prominent role in developing me into the person I am today. I have always found a great passion in the understanding of body movement. As a teenager, I was an underweight individual and decided to start weight training in order to improve my athletic performance. I spent countless hours researching the optimal ways in order to gain weight, build muscle, and improve strength. This ultimately led me down the rabbit hole of wanting to pursue a career as a personal trainer. When I got to college, I realized I had more potential within myself to help people using the information I acquired throughout my fitness journey. This led me to have a passion for physical therapy and athletic training. I have been extremely motivated to obtain as much knowledge as I can about physical therapy and athletic training by becoming NASM certified, participating in Biomechanics research studies, and even learning how to utilize MATLAB to code Biomechanical data. Connecting with people has always been a passion of mine, and being able to combine that with my knowledge of Exercise Science has created a dream career for me that I am determined to achieve. This job would lead me in the right direction to achieve this goal. Though my long term goal is to become s Physical Therapist I still have a passion for personal training, as this is where my fitness journey started.

A client can expect me to be very meticulous about exercise form and tempo. It can also be expected that it will be a high intensity training program and I will provide proper motivation.
I was able to train my best friend from ground zero to gaining 20lbs of lean muscle mass through a year. This was over the pandemic, so it was primarily achieved using an at home training program.
