Alex Schonfield has over 14 years of professional experience as a Personal Trainer and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He specializes in individual one on one training and puts the “personal” in every training session to help you lose weight, get stronger and have better balance – both physically and mentally! We’ll create the intensity level that’s right for you, using any equipment that’s available – your body weight, home gyms, swimming pools, outdoor spaces, hand-held weights (etc…)
Workouts consist of a warm-up, high-intensity interval training (intensity depends on your ability) followed by a cool down. Focus on improving eating habits and nutrition and experience improvements in your physical and mental health and resilience. Whether you are just starting to exercise or want to take your workouts to a new level, customized personal one on one training sessions with Alex will help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Typical Training Session
Every training session with each individual client is based on the client’s needs and abilities at the time of the workout. Most sessions will have a warm-up period, a high-intensity training period and a cool-down, stretch period. The amount of time allocated for each period is determined by the needs of the client at each session.
