Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
My name is Jason Romano and I’ve been working as a fitness professional for the past 15 years. Since day one I have carried a great passion for fitness and overall wellness, and can say still today the desire has not lessened. I lover of learning I have acquired a formal background in exercise science graduate and nutrition undergraduate. I also hold several nutrition and physiology certifications that have fostered my continual desire for knowledge. Privately contracted I have had the ability to work in various settings ranging from commercial sized facilities, to corporate gyms, as well as intimate private in-home spaces. My services consist of dietary and nutritional support, vitamin/supplement protocols, specific program designs, rehab, and performance based training, and I encourage clients to take advantage of them all. To date my aspirations lie in my continued pursuit and love for learning and helping others as I am vying for a PhD in neuroscience.

My sessions are as much about fitness as the person themselves. I am very centered on the individual, as each person has a unique blend of ideas, thoughts, perceptions, wants and needs. Training to me encompasses both mind and body and understanding this relationship has proven to be a great key to success.
Chief Investment Officer
Jason has 3 qualities that differentiate him from other personal trainers: 1) his exceptional command of body mechanics, muscle development, psychology, and nutrition – evidenced by his multiple certificates and master’s degree – which make him a truly holistic trainer; 2) his unique capacity to determine the individual abilities and motivations of his clients and customize the workouts to put every client on a sustainable upward trajectory; and 3) his sense of humor, encouragement, and positive attitude which make every workout FUN. Without me even realizing it, Jason designed a data-driven program that resulted in me lifting nearly twice as much weight in just 2 years, in addition to being more flexible, having better posture, and eating healthier. Despite having a busy schedule, I look forward to meeting Jason because each time I do, it ends up being the single most productive hour of my day.
