I have worked as a college strength and conditioning coach for the past 4 years. As a coach, I worked closely with the athletic trainers and the sports medicine team to develop injury prevention and rehabilitation programs for all student-athletes. My goal as a coach is to develop athletes’ speed, movement, power, agility, and cognitive abilities. I have experience playing soccer at the College, NPLS, and USL 2 levels. I have also played soccer at the international professional level
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session with me starts with a basic physical and mental assessment because I always program around my client’s schedule. The first part of my workout always starts with some basic flexibility training. We then go into speed mechanic work for 20 minutes.
