Hello, my name is A.J. Malzone. I am currently enrolled at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. I will be graduating in June 2019 with a Bachelors of Arts in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology. Throughout my four years at North Central, I have been apart of the football team. Client success story
My client success story is my dad. I trained my dad for about a year after he recovered from double knee replacement surgery. He gained a few pounds during the time he wasn’t able to move around. When I started training him he was skeptical at what he can do and if he can get to were he wants to be. At the end of our year he dropped about 40lbs and toned up his body to get to what he wanted to look like. He felt more confident in himself and felt like he can do more things throughout his day.
Hobbies
Interested in all sports. Really big into football and baseball. Like to listen to country music whenever I can. Love the outdoors. During the summers I love to be at a lakehouse.
