Typical Training Session

Standing functional core training combined with floor ab exercises to help you a vigorous core strengthening experience. I have a training system designed to work muscles in your body to output maximum force and peak your heart rate as you create and transfer power through motion. Cross training, to circuit performance, cardio intervals, these classes work everything, strength training element for the ultimate body sculpting and muscle toning, combine strength, balance and cardio. You will have your core engaged throughout the entire class, as you balance through strengthening and conditioning exercises like jump squats, leg lifts and lunges. These classes are designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind.
