With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping others transform not just their bodies, but also their confidence and mindset. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology (B.S.) from George Mason University and have additional expertise in nutrition. My mission is to empower individuals to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves through sustainable habits, smart training, and balanced nutrition. Whether at the start of a fitness journey or working to push past a plateau, every step is supported with motivation and expert guidance to achieve lasting results.
Hourly rate: $130

A client can expect a typical training session to include a proper warm-up, customized workouts based on their goals, guided instruction on form and technique, and a cool-down with mobility or stretching. Each session is focused, motivating, and designed to build strength, improve fitness, and boost confidence.
