In a typical training workout session, a client can expect to start with a 5–10 minute warm-up that includes light cardio and dynamic stretching to get the body ready for exercise. The main portion of the session usually lasts 30–40 minutes and is customized to the client’s goals, involving strength training, resistance exercises, functional movements, and sometimes cardio or core work. The session ends with a cool-down and stretching period, lasting about 5–10 minutes, to help the body recover and prevent injury.
When Jasmine first walked into the gym, she had one goal: to feel confident in her body again. After gaining weight during a stressful year of working long hours and putting herself last, she was ready for a change—but didn’t know where to start.
We began with a fitness assessment and built a custom plan focused on fat loss, lower body strength, and upper body toning. Jasmine committed to training three times a week and made small changes to her nutrition with guidance and accountability along the way.
In just 12 weeks, Jasmine lost 22 pounds, dropped two dress sizes, and gained noticeable muscle definition in her arms and legs. More importantly, her energy was up, her confidence was through the roof, and she fell in love with strength training. She even ran her first 5K—something she never thought she could do.
